Ms. Molly Bussler Taleb, M.P.A. is the Center Director at Pittsburgh Job Corps Center.
She received her Bachelors of Science degree from Villa Maria and she earned her
Masters of Public Administration from the University of Pittsburgh, before starting her
career at Pittsburgh’s Veterans Administration Medical Center in 1981 as the Chief
In 1993, she accepted the position with the Pittsburgh Public Schools as the Career
Technical Teacher, and she held this role until 2002.
In June of 2002, Ms. Taleb made a significant career move and accepted a position at
the Pittsburgh Job Corps Center (PJCC). Since starting at PJCC, she has held
progressively responsible positions to include: Supervisor of Career Technical Training,
Concurrent Enrollment Training Program Administrator, Career Development Director,
Deputy Center Director, and her current position as Center Director.
As Center Director, she is responsible for the daily operations of a multiple million-dollar
youth service program, providing academic education and career technical training, with
excellent college programs, serving 699 students.
Ms. Taleb has a passion for education and working with youth; it is shown through her
years of hard work and dedication in this field.
